As of 1 October 2026, Kai Roiger has taken over as sole Managing Director of BOTHE-HILD GmbH.

With Kai Roiger, BOTHE-HILD gains a proven expert in the door and gate industry. A trained industrial mechanic and master metalworker, he combines a sound technical understanding with many years of entrepreneurial responsibility. He first gained this experience in his own family business and subsequently expanded it in leadership and managing director positions at Rite-Hite and, most recently, Novoferm. His focus has been on service, project business and spare parts, as well as on building high-performing service organisations.

Kai Roiger succeeds Felix Wolf, who has led the company on an interim basis since January 2026. BOTHE-HILD thanks Mr Wolf for his great commitment and reliable leadership during this period.

Customers and partners can continue to reach their usual contacts as before.
