Sectional doors

Our industrial sectional doors combine technical functionality with outstanding design options. Numerous design variants leave nothing to be desired and allow installation in almost all building and space conditions. The best insulation properties support energy-saving measures of modern building technology.

Translucent and versatile

Sectional doors

True all-rounders-sectional doors can be realized in two versions. The aluminum version is more suitable for visually demanding use, whereas the steel version is best suited for applications where maximum safety and insulation are important. In both doors, the light-band sections convince with high light transmission and excellent insulating properties. When open, the door lies flat under the ceiling. We distinguish between different types of deflection to suit the individual installation situation. The standard is suitable for a lintel height of at least 450 mm.

SECTIONAL STEEL DOORS
(TYPE 42 ST)

Sectional steel doors (Type 42 ST) offer the highest level of safety and reliability. The thermal insulation of the approx. 40 mm thick, thermally separated panels with CFC-free PU hard foam core, corresponds to a 300 mm thick gas concrete wall. At the sides, all door elements are framed by a U-profile. The side hinges mounted on it, with an adjustable roller mount, serve to fix the elements in the guide rails. The bottom and top sections have aluminum profiles. On request, the bottom section of manually operated doors can be fitted with a robust handle to facilitate opening and closing.

SECTIONAL ALUMINUM DOORS (TYPE 46 AL)

Sectional aluminum doors (type 46 AL) are considered the classic glazed sectional door. The shapely aluminum sections can be adapted to the architecture of the building in terms of dimensions and division. The door leaf is divided into horizontally arranged sections. The sections are connected with stable hinges and are guided and balanced with special fittings. The frames have a construction depth of 46 mm and are made of extruded aluminum hollow chamber profiles. The wall thickness of the profiles is at least 1.5 mm with additional reinforcements on the loaded surfaces. The infill panels are held in place on the inside with plastic or aluminum clamping strips and sealed on the outside with UV-resistant three-rib rubber profiles.

CHOICE OF COLOR

The following 4 colors are available as standard for the 42 ST:
RAL 7016 - Anthracite grey
RAL 9002 - Grey white
RAL 9006 - White aluminum
RAL 9007 - Grey aluminum

Finger pinch protection version only in RAL 9002 as standard color

46 AL: visible sections anodized E6/EV 1 as standard, optional: RAL of choice

SELECTED FILLINGS

Aluminum STUCCO PANEL (standard)

Double-sided aluminum sheet with stucco-designed surface embossing and internal polystyrene insulation core.

Aluminum SHEET PANEL (optional)

Double-sided aluminum sheet panel with internal polystyrene insulation core. Anodized in E6/EV as standard.

EXPANDED METAL (optional)

Steel including powder coating or aluminum, incl. aluminum clamping strips.

LATTICE BAR FILLING (optional)

When using the lattice bar filling, a pull-in protection is required. This is to prevent people from being pulled in when the door is raised.

PERFORATED SHEET (optional)

The perforated sheet infill is an aluminum sheet with square perforations. Can be powder-coated in natural aluminum or according to the RAL palette.

PANE DESIGNS

ECOTOP (standard)

The Ecotop double glazing is the optimal pane for narrow budgets. This pane is used as standard glazing.

PEARL (optional)

The beaded surface lets light in, but not prying eyes from outside. It diffuses the light and offers a high level of glare protection in direct sunlight.

ENERGY (optional)

With Energy triple glazing, you minimize your energy costs. It is a future-proof solution that contributes to increasing the energy efficiency of the building.

Our Extra

HARD Surface coating:
All panes can optionally receive a nano-surface coating, which leads to a glass-like, very scratch-resistant surface and to increased chemical resistance as well as optical brilliance - our HARD coating closes the gap to real glass systems.

REAL GLAS:
Depending on the door specification, panes can also be optionally made of real glass, which is the most robust version.

Sectional doors with movable central supports offer the opportunity to flexibly close hall openings over 20 m wide. With electric operation and radio control, the door can also be opened from the cockpit.
